76 S. Green Street is where Nun lived in 1903, but ...

I thought I might have a chance finding this challenging character, Mr. Nun Davis, because I had a street address in Chicago.

I ran across "How to find your ancestor in a census, when that person isn't easily findable." It gave suggestions, including using their street address. I thought, Yeah! I have one!

I found a way to search the 18th ward in Chicago, IL, where he was in 1894, according to his naturalization form. I looked for him at that address in the 1900 census. That was a lot of work, and I did not find him in the 18th ward. It is probably because he lived in a different ward by that time, six years later.

Another fail. But hey, fails lead to success. There ya go.
